After years of experience in the legal field, founders Katie Centolella and Brent Xavier became disenchanted. Traditional firm dynamics were dehumanizing and reduced vibrant individuals into mere billable commodities. That’s why they started their own firm and introduced legal professionals to the #pactlife. Here at Pact, we empower employees to define their workspace (at home, at a coffee shop, on the go) and allow everyone to maximize work-life harmony. Our culture is built on respect as well as flexibility, and through our innovative approach, we cultivate a collaborative environment where every team member can thrive.
