As a Pact attorney, you’ll have access to everything you need to succeed, including associates for support on your matters, accounting for timely invoicing and collections, and business development for growing your client book. In addition, we provide an ever growing list of tools to make practicing as efficient as possible like Clio, Westlaw, SpellBook, Lawyaw, Microsoft Office & Teams.

Our firm-sponsored CLE courses keep your skills sharp and current, while monthly trainings and coaching support your personal and professional growth. At Pact, we want to make sure our hiring process fits you just right. It all kicks off with a chat with our Director of People, where we get to know your experiences and career goals. If everything clicks, you’ll have a chance to meet with one of our Partners and our practice manager for a deeper dive into your background and the role.
After these meetings, we ask for details such as your book of originations and clients via the Universal Lateral Partner Questionnaire (for those with a book of business), along with references. Associates and support staff won’t need to fill out this questionnaire but may be asked to provide redacted work samples.
Once we review all the information provided, we’ll set up a final chat to discuss an offer.
Usually, this whole process takes about 3 weeks from your first chat with us to when you receive the offer.
